RETURN POLICIES

The products sold are guaranteed up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the package, it is considered for returns, changes and / or reimbursement of the following causes.

1. Defective item

Are those that present problems in their operation that are due to factory failures, in this case the following points should be considered.

  2. The guarantee will not cover the articles that present failures due to inadequate manipulation of the user or present blows or breaks caused by the same.

  4. You will have to attach photos of the package of the frontal part as of the back part; photos or videos of the defective item; the description of the defect or mark the defective area in the photo or video; image of the SKU (Article Code) and the purchase order number of the item, customs declaration (If it were the case and had it).
  5. We will respond to your claim in a period no longer than 24 hours where we will confirm the acceptance or not of your claim.
  6. Once the claim is evidenced, we will proceed to apply the guarantee where at your choice we can send another product equal to the one purchased by you with a 50% discount of the list price or we will make the full refund of your money.
  7. It is not necessary that you send the defective product.

2. Article received incorrect or incomplete

If the item that our client receives is completely different from the order he made and / or missing accessories, the following procedure should be followed.

  2. You must attach a photo of the product received where you can see the difference and / or missing accessories of the product with respect to the order placed.
  3. We will respond within a period no longer than 24 hours where we will confirm the acceptance or not of your claim.
  4. Once the claim is evidenced we will proceed to apply the guarantee where in the case of incomplete items we will send you the missing parts and we will make a refund of 10% of the value of your purchase; and for items that are different from the orders (Does not apply for color tone difference) will be sent another item as requested in your initial purchase order plus a refund of 10% discount on the value of your purchase or the full refund of your money without replacement of the product.
  5. It is not necessary to return the product.
