RETURN POLICY

 

The products sold are guaranteed up to 90 days from the date of delivery is considered to returns, exchanges and / or refunds the following reasons.

  •         Once the claim is evidenced, we will proceed to apply the guarantee where at your choice we can send another product equal to the one purchased by you with a 20% refund of the price that the customer paid for the product or we will only make a full refund of your money.
  •        You do not need to ship the defective product.
  1.       Article received incorrect or incomplete: If the item that our customers receive is completely different order to realize and / or missing accessories should follow this procedure.
